Meet the Founder
Jess K. Lewis, MPA., Ed.S
Jess is the founder of Manifesting Hope, LLC and a seasoned executive leader with more than 25 years of experience in public systems and nonprofit organizations. Their career includes senior and executive leadership roles focused on organizational strategy, operations, talent development, program innovation, workforce systems, equity, and culture. They have led complex work across youth-serving institutions and mission-driven organizations, helping leaders align strategy, people, and purpose in service of stronger outcomes.
Jess’s work is grounded in Hope Theory and is shaped by a core belief: leadership is the responsibility to find potential in people and creating the conditions in which that potential can emerge. Through Manifesting Hope, Jess helps leaders and organizations strengthen clarity, reduce burnout, improve alignment, and build healthier systems for the future they want to create.
